Often referred to as the Bishop of Denmark street. Sid Bishop, ex-guitarist from Mick Farren’s band The Deviants, started work at the famous Top Gear Music in 1971. He became manager of the shop, selling and trading the best guitars of the time to some of the best known names in the industry. He is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to history of the West End shop scene.
Sid is also a music historian and published author.
